AQL BIO SPERSETM - BIODISPERSANT

Benefits:

  • Easy to Feed: completely water soluble.
  • Economical, effective at low dosage for maintenance.
  • When used in combination with a biocide, AQL BIO-SPERSE willAid in the penetration and dispersion of the biomass.
  • Low foaming.
  • AQL B-600 is a concentrated liquid pH booster for water systems.

DESCRIPTION:  AQL BIO-SPERSE is a surfactant and penetrate for dispersing microbiological slimes and oil-type deposits in cooling tower system.

Slimes and oil-type deposits impede water flow, restrict heat transfer and cause metal components to corrode.

AQL BIO-SPERSE breaks up the entire slime mass. It reacts with the biomass by breaking its slime coating into thousands of tiny pieces.  This destroys its natural defense mechanism and leaves the slime defenseless.

Biocides are now able to attack the entire biomass and kill the dispersed microbiological agents.  Following the application of the biocide, the surface is free of bacteria.

APPLICATION: For initial treatment or severely contaminated systems, add 1 gallon of AQL BIO-SPERSE for each 5,000 gallons of water.  A dosage of 1 gallon of AQL BIO-SPERSE for each 50,000 gallons of water should be maintained in order to provide adequate protection.

Contains Dihexyl Sodium Sulfosuccinate.  Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing.  Wear neoprene rubber gloves if repeated or prolonged skin contact is likely.  Wear safety glasses if the method of application presents the likelihood of eye contact.  Avoid breathing the mist.  Use sufficient ventilation to prevent the buildup of mist.  Wash thoroughly after handling.  Swallowing may cause gastrointestinal irritation seen as nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.

FIRST AID:

FOR SKIN CONTACT: Wash affected areas with plenty of soap and water for several minutes.  Seek medical attention if irritation develops.  FOR EYE CONTACT: Rinse the eyes with water.  Remove any contact lenses and continue flushing with plenty of water for several minutes.  Seek medical attention if irritation develops. IF INHALED: Remove from the area to fresh air.  Seek medical attention if respiratory irritation develops, or if breathing becomes difficult.  IF SWALLOWED: Give 3 to 4 glasses of water, but DO NOT induce vomiting.  If vomiting occurs, give fluids again.  Seek medical attention if discomfort occurs.
